The current target start date for appointments is Friday, May 8th (this could change depending on approvals).

Appointments are very important — the site can handle around 110 claims per day, and we want to make sure everyone has a smooth experience. Please avoid just showing up without an appointment if possible.

📲 Scheduling Options

As you file your claim, you’ll be offered several options:

* Virtual inspection

* Select Service (where available)

* Mobile Customer Care Site

Choose what works for you. In many cases, virtual inspections may be the fastest option, but the right choice depends on your situation.

👥 Claims Response Update

In addition to our local team, hundreds of additional representatives are being deployed. Most are already here, with a few still arriving.

We truly appreciate your patience — help is here, and things are about to move quickly.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to your adjuster or give us a call. You may receive a text followed by a call from an unfamiliar number — please try to answer if you can, as that will likely be your adjuster.
